TRANSPORT INFRINGEMENTS POLICY
This policy provides guidance for the way we should deal with any transport infringements.
We have formal documented processes in place for dealing with complaints and problems and these processes should also be followed for all transport infringements.
All infringements must be reported and all infringement will be investigated by a competent person who is able to fully review, identify cause and take corrective action to prevent recurrence.
Corrective action should include consideration of changes to operational procedures, additional or refresher training or, where appropriate, disciplinary action.
Investigation will establish if any control measures in place have failed and if any improvements are required. Investigation will be documented including any actions required.
All complaints received will be assigned to a responsible person who will conduct the review and is also responsible for communicating with the complainer.
